 job seekers for 669 various posts of Principal, Stenographer Grade-II, Hindi 

Translator, Technical Officer, Assistant, Upper Division Clerk and Lower Division

Note- Age relaxation is applicable for SC / ST applicants up to 5 years, for OBC applicants it is 3 years, 

for Physically Challenged applicants it is 10 years, for Kashmir Domiciled applicants 

(during 01/01/1980 to 31/12/1989) it is 5 years and for Government servants it is 5 years.

Pre- requisites of Education-

2.	Stenographer Grade-II	Matriculate or any other qualification equivalent to it with 40 words per minute typing speed and 80 words per minute shorthand speed
3.	Hindi Translator	Post Graduate with English & Hindi as main subjects at degree level
4.	Technical Officer	Degree in Civil Engg.
5.	Assistant	Graduate with understanding of computer operations
6.	Upper Division Clerk	Class XIIth pass with 30 words per minute typing speed and understanding of computers
7.	Lower Division Clerk	Graduation degree with understanding of computers

Registration Charges- Applicants need to pay INR 1200 as application cost for the profile of Technical 

Officer and Principal. Contenders applying for remaining posts need to pay INR 750. Application cost 

has to be paid by Credit / Debit Card. INR 30 will be additional service charges charged by Indian Bank.

Hiring Procedure- Typing Test / Written Examination / Skill Test and Personal Interview will be the 

basis of recruitment. Written Examination for the profile of Principal will take place at Delhi and for the 

profile of Technical Officer it will be made as per the examination scheme.

web portal : kvsangathan.nic.in . Contenders have to fill the application form and upload copy of signature 

and passport size photograph after scanning it. Application form should be submitted by the contender 

after completing it. Hard copy of system generated application should also be printed and sent to the
