Calcutta High Court Recruitment 2014 – 150 Peon, Steno, LDC, Mali, Sweeper Posts:

 Office of the District & Sessions Judge, South 24–Parganas, Calcutta High Court, Alipore has issued a notification for the recruitment of 150 Stenographer Grade III, Lower Division Clerk, Peon, Sweeper, Mali vacancies on temporary basis. Eligible candidates may send their applications from 17-07-2014 to 06-08-2014 by 5:00 PM. Name of the Posts:
1. Stenographer Grade-III: 30 Posts
2. Lower Division Clerk: 44 Posts
3. Peon/ Night Guard/ Farash: 74 Posts
4. Sweeper: 01 Post
5. Mali (Gardener): 01 Post

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 37 years for Steno Posts, 18-40 years for other Posts as on 01-01-2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Madhyamik or equivalent examination from any recognized Board, Certificate in Computer Training from recognized Institution for Sr.No:1,2 Posts, Class VIII Certificate from any recognized School or recognized Madrasah or any other recognized Institution for Sr.No:3 Post, must have the ability to read and write in Bengali for Sr.No:4,5 Posts.

Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of written test, interview.

Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs.150/- for SC/ ST candidates, Rs.250/- for others for Sr.No:1,2 Posts, Rs.100/- for SC/ ST candidates, Rs.150/- for others for Sr.No:3,4,5 Posts through IPO payable at G.P.O, Kolkata.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications in the prescribed format along with attested copies of all relevant documents, Two passport size recent photograph duly signed by the candidate should be pasted in the respective places mentioned in the Application Format and Admit Card, One self addressed envelope of the size of 25 CM x 11 CM must be accompanied with the application form, IPO etc from 17-07-2014 to 06-08-2014 by 5:00 PM by Speed Post/ Ordinary Post/ Registered Post ( with or without A/D ) to The District Judge, South 24 – Parganas, 18 Judges Court Road, Alipore, Kolkata – 700027 or may also be dropped at the box placed at the Headquarter of the Judgeship of South 24 – Parganas.
