Jt.Managing Director /Chief General Manager	55 Years	Candidates with Post Graduation, MBA, CFA, ICWA/C.S. CAIIB will be given preference over others.
General Manager	55 Years	Candidates with, Post Graduation, MBA, CFA, ICWA/C.S. CAIIB will be given preference over others.
Dy.General Managers/Asst.General Managers	55 Years	Candidates with, Post Graduation, MBA, C.A., Cost and Financial Analysis, CAIIB will be given preference over others.
Senior Managers/Head Of Departments	40 Years	Candidates with, Post Graduation/CA/MBA, CAIIB will be given preference over others.
Branch Managers/Development Managers	40 Years	Candidates with Post Graduation/MBA/CAIIB will be an added advantage. Further, the candidates possessing the above qualities will be given preference over others.
Head - Marketing & Sales	50 Years	MBA-Marketing or PG Degree/Diploma (2 years duration) with specialization in Marketing from reputed institutions will be an added advantage. He/she should possess experience in Business Development/Marketing, preferably in Banking/Finance Sector, good communication & Marketing skills/convincing ability and persuading skills to market the products of the Bank.  minimum work experience of 5 years in organizing the Marketing & Sales teams, with proven performance track - record.
